Miss Ecuador 2012, the 57th Miss Ecuador pageant, was held in Santa Elena, Ecuador on 16 March 2012. 18 beautiful Ecuadorians from different departments were vying for 3 major titles, Miss Ecuador Universo, Miss Ecuador Mundo and Miss Ecuador Internacional.
Miss Ecuador Universo 2012 is Andrea Carolina Aguirre Pérez, 19, 5'10", representing Guayas, 86-62-92, from the Hometown of Guayaquil. Her father is Ecuadorian and her mother is Argentinian. She can speak Spanish and English and also a student of Journalism at the university.
